For AU Club Council Co-Sponsorship (aka if you are asking for RHA and AU Club Council for funding) you must follow the Event Check list as specified on the AU Club Council website . Organizations should be submitting the AU Club Council fund request and RHA fund request at the same time.
An 澳门皇冠体育-官网 pcard must be used to purchase any items sponsored by RHA. The advisor/Community DIrector of the student must submit聽Grant Completion form with the purchase receipt in within 48 hours of purchase. Advisors/Community Director will be provided the appropriate worktags to reconcile the purchase on Workday.聽Events sponsored must have the RHA logo on promotional material.
