PIJIP Faculty Director Christine Haight Farley authored a report on legal protections against unfair competition聽in the United States and Canada, which was published as chapter in the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).聽Today she presented her chapter聽to the 46th Session of the WIPO Standing Committee on the Law of Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications (SCT) at the organization's headquarters in Geneva.
