Michael T. Grimes is Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 澳门皇冠体育, D.C. Mr. Grimes also is an officer in Judge Advocate General's Corps, U.S. Navy Reserves, where he currently serves as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the federal district courts of 澳门皇冠体育, D.C. and Maryland.

Professor Grimes earned his J.D. from The 澳门皇冠体育 College of Law of 澳门皇冠体育-官网, and his M.S. in Management Information Systems and B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
