Dr. Morad El Sana
SJD Program Graduate

Dr. Morad Elsana sucessfully earned his S.J.D. degree from 澳门皇冠体育-官网 澳门皇冠体育 College of Law in August 2013. His dissertation was titled 鈥淭he Dispossession and Recognition of Indigenous Peoples鈥 Land Rights 鈥 The Case of Bedouin in Israel.鈥 Prior to joining 澳门皇冠体育 College of Law鈥檚 S.J.D. program, Dr. Elsana served as Staff Attorney & Director of Adalah's Naqab Office at the Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Adalah, Israel (2001 - 2009).听 Dr. Elsana also served as the Legal Advisor for Genesis- Community Advocacy (2001 - 2003) and Pro-bono Legal Advisor for the Regional Council for the Unrecognized Villages in the Negev (1997 - 2000). His fields of study and professional expertise include: Property Law and Indigenous Rights, Human Rights Law, Minority Rights, and Comparative International Law. Dr. Elsana is fluent in English, Arabic, and Hebrew.
